Attack the NetworkCOIC Assets
In support of all Unified Combatant Commands and their Joint Task Forces, the COIC harnesses and amasses information, analyses, technology and collaboration to enable more precise attacks against and defeat of those networks which employ IEDs. It is prepared to provide analytical support and enemy network information to other U.S. government organizations.

The JTCOIC was established based upon a July 2007 MOI with JIEDDO in order to:
• Train reachback
• Integrate rapid fielding of C-IED capabilities
• Build “COIC-like” architecture and functionality

Collective Training
Provides means to test new unit TTP’s against a wide variety of mission sets
Provides units the opportunity to train IED-D tasks
Allows units to operate using current unit SOP’s in a simulated environment
Ensures the rapid replication of enemy TTP’s are incorporated into unit collective training
