Custom Fabricated Multi-bay high tunnel hoop house components

Started from year 2000, we began fabrication jobs on hoop house steel components for our European customers.

On this project, we are not only a fabrictor,but a partner designer with our customers. With our knowledge in steels and its processing, as well as key points on tunnel construction and rust-proof, we have been providing our customers with valued suggestions for higher tensile,better appearance,effective rust-proof and lower costs.

In this page, we are listing the key components of tubing legs for spanish high tunnels which generally include fully welded helix (disc), crimped or smashed,sharp points, saddle cut shaft for welding into U tops, or bar tiesfor wire rope.

Tubings are available in Galvanizing after Welding(GAW) or Galvanizing before Welding(GBW) and all tubings are made to customers specifications or to meet national industry standard.

Note: Some tubings may subject to Min order Q’ty for start.
