Design Phase (Data) Data Design
• Data presentation with iModules data specialist and client data team (30-60 minutes)
→ Discuss import export process
→ Discuss data mapping process• Project Manager will deliver a sample data map prior to Data
presentation call.
→ Client is responsible for returning completed data map and a corresponding csv data file within 2 weeks of presentation
Design Phase (Creative - Custom)• Creative design
• Custom (45-90 days)
→ Client fills out provided design book and returns to iModules
→ 2 concepts delivered based on design book• Up to 2 rounds revisions possible on concepts
→ Requires client signoff on concept prior to iModules build
Design Phase (Global Config)• Global Configuration Session
• Configuration presentation with iModules Project Manager and client (30-60 minutes)
→ Each site will need to have a configurations session.• Define system configuration options to be setup in your
Encompass site
→ Site name, login verbiage, email categories, etc…• Project Manager will send the Global Config document of
items covered in this session.
Development Phase (Training/Build)• Training
• Modular ‘live’ training sessions are offered on the Client Community M-F.• Training tutorials on the Help Site (5-10 minute tutorials)
• Build Sessions at iModules Facility (KC)• Modular overviews • ** Modular and Tutorials should be done prior to coming for Build
Sessions• Hands on build time with application specialists and project manager
• Onsite Training/Build Sessions• Can be performed at Client location for an additional fee
Development Phase (Prototype)• Prototype
• Design created and applied to temporary URL
→ http://schoolname.imodules.com• Database is built and data imported
→ Verify all drop downs/multi-selects for correct values• Profile/Login configuration built
→ Verify login by going through as a test user to see the constituent experience.
• Community Configuration settings applied
→ Verify all configuration options are set based on global configuration session.• Build out solution with desired content/pages
→ Build groups, email templates, events, news, etc…• Finalize marketing plan for launch• Prepare for launch
Deployment Phase• Site Launch
• Verify all testing and changes are completed.• DNS Conversion
→ A-Record pointed to our IP Address• Site Announcement
→ Email Scheduled to be released
