ViMax Ad Specs - Celebrate More Magazine Only Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or PDF files will be accepted. Files can be loaded to the FTP site* or mailed to the address below. If supplying application files: • Must be from Macintosh platform • All photos and graphics must be provided in .psd, .tif, .jpg, .ai or .eps format • Photographs should be a minimum of 300 dpi at original size • All Pantone® or spot colors, logos and photos must be converted to CMYK colors • Include all fonts compressed as a .zip archive or converted to outlines in program • Include a low res PDF for proofing If supplying PDF files: • High Resolution, Press Ready PDF/X-1a Files • All ink colors, graphics and photos must be saved as CMYK colors before distilling • Crop marks must be offset beyond the bleed • ALL FONTS MUST BE EMBEDDED Important Note: Please email Matt DeWilde at [email protected] (800-940-4944, ext. 216) after ad files have been posted to the FTP site to confirm delivery of electronic files.
