The process starts with us making jovial relationships with our customer in our conference room at our head office located primarily in middle of city Mumbai at Vile Parle

(West).

We keep stocks or raw - materials that are used frequently so that on receiving orders, execution is our 1st priority after confirming

them.

When our relationships extends with purchase orders we will like to introduce our pre – press facility to you where all your positives are

stored and you just need to give the previous reference for new orders and our system tracks all your requirement and assure that

we try to improve our services more than before.

We are equipped with plate – making machines and also have a huge outsource department that looks after more of pre – press facility that are required by the customers. Our technical team for this is

well employed and adheres to technological changes and is keen on providing best quality pre – press facility.

When it comes to printing we assure you the unsurpassed quality at equitable price. The printing process commences with approval of

positives and re – confirmation of orders. Required papers are geared up on various rollers and are set to reach our printing

department.

We are equipped with 2 paper cutting machines that are required to re – size the papers. They are so well and strategically located that they are equi – distant from the store room, printing department, folding department, sorting and quality control department and

finished goods dispatch department

The machines have ample of space aside so that re – sized papers are appropriately stored on rollers and ready to go to printing

department. We believe in Time and Motion study of management and hence we have taken special care in placing our machineries.

We are specialized in printing Pharma leaflets of one, two and three colors and hence we are satisfactorily installed with 3 Heidelberg Offset of various sizes of single and double color. We believe in planning and then printing and hence we have never faced any

shortages of printing machines and indeed we do have ideal capacity even after printing 75 % of Pharma leaflets of Wockhardt Limited, 25

% of J . B. Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals who are also our top clients.

For small jobs of single color that are urgently required we do have a provision for other small single color machines from branded

manufacturers.

Our printing department is always flowing with papers and inks and but in a very clean manner. Our printing department strengths are

cleanliness and high quality printing.

Pharma leaflets have to be folded and so that they can be accommodated in compact cartons along with the medicines. We

continue to strengthen here too as we have a fully air – conditioned folding department consisting of 6 folding machines and technically

sound people.

Our secondary line of business continues to be Pharma related which is carton manufacturing. We do have pasting machines and also

punching machines.One machine continues to be automatic and other manual.

Once our folding process is completed it will be packed in customer

defined ways and our expert team also suggests on this matter.

After printing our officials prepare certificate of analysis and also the production report which gives a complete idea of paper used,

normal loss and also abnormal loss which is also attached with the bills.
