SECTION 3: WRITTEN STATEMENT AND EVIDENCEIn no more than three pages please attach the following:1. Maximum one page written statement of the contribution to student learning; what you did and why, how
it improved student learning/engagement, and evidence of that improvement.
2. Maximum one page evidence of achievement related to ONE of the following responses* in Deakin’s Learning promise (LIVE the future): Provide premium cloud and located learning Deliver global and connected education Welcome, support and retain committed and capable learners Empower learners for the jobs and skills of the future
3. Maximum one page evidence of achievement related to ONE of the following Selection Criteria* from the Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) Australian Awards for University Teaching Citations: Approaches to teaching that influence, motivate and inspire students to learn Development of curricula and resources that reflect a command of the field Evaluation practices that bring about improvements in teaching and learning Innovation, leadership or scholarship that has influenced and enhanced learning and teaching
and/or the student experience.

Please note: The application is limited to three A4 pages excess pages will be removed (see guidelines for details):
