    Video gaming consoleBetween the 20th and 19th century when science had already entered in

    real world and invented many mode for entertainment and businesspurpose and meanwhile the computer age grown up slowly.in 1950 the

    first video gaming console came in market .video gaming console

    nothing but just like an electronic interactive entertained computer.it produces a video display signal which can be used with a displaydevice (a television, monitor, etc.) to display a video game. Its

    designed for customers to buy then and play games on it.in that erait was a good product for making money for business companies as they

    give a new mode of spent their time on television or monitor without

    losing their energy.The first video game console came in the decade of 1950-60.its basedon not analog signal but they used vector display in it. In 1972 that

    Magnavox released the first home video game console which could be

    connected to a TV setthe Magnavox Odyssey, invented by Ralph H. Baer.After many video console made but they did not any good success likeAtari 2600 and Fairchild in 1976.\After the good initiative in market a sudden crash in market in 1977

    due to poor quality of video games and rapidly growth of homecomputers, this condition remain till 1983.In the 1983 Nintendo released the Family Computer (or Famicom) in

    Japan, the Famicom supported high-resolution sprites and tiledbackgrounds, but with more colors. This allowed Famicom games to be

    longer and have more detailed graphics with most popular games everSuper Mario bros. and A Light Gun . so in this decade many companies

    owned their own gaming console and they all above from Atari 2600.Now there was a competition between Nintendo and SEGA but in 90s

    Nintendo lead the market .but after this in 1988 SEGA next-generationconsole, the Mega Drive/Genesis, which was released in Japan on

    October 29, 1988 and after 1990 it released in Europe and USA and thiswas the mega successful for SEGA as their splendid work shown in Sonic

    the Hedgehog. Sega extended the Mega Drive with the Mega CD/Sega CD,

    to provide increased storage space for multimedia-based games.Now in the next generation of gaming console first lead by Atari

    launched its JAGUAR and 3DO. Both these systems are very powerful to

    NES and SEGA but this are failed in market after a short span ofperiod as 3DO was hard to programming and JAGUAR was very costly.So afterward Sega's Saturn, Sony's PlayStation, and the Nintendo 64

    were released that consoles started to become popular. The Saturn andPlayStation used CDs to store games, while the N64 used cartridges.

    All three cost far less than the 3DO, and were easier to program thanthe Jaguar.

    Sony's PlayStation was released in Japan on December 3, 1994 and in

    North America on September 9, 1995. Becoming the first video gamesystem to sell over 100 million consoles. Sony released a redesigned,

    smaller version of the PlayStation entitled the 'PSone' on July 7,2000.As Nintendo64 uses only the 64-bit architecture and provide ROMcartridges which are very fast in loading than memory card and prevent

    some kind of piracy happening in gaming console.

    The next generation of video gaming console used DVDs for gaming

    media. And further more the industries also work on online gaming and

    implementing both hard drives and flash drives.Sega implemented a special type of optical media called the GD-ROM.

    These discs were created in order to prevent software piracy.After the big success, PlayStation 2 was released on October 26, 2000

    as the follow-up to its highly successful PlayStation, and was alsothe first home game console to be able to play DVDs. it the bestselling console of all time to date.In the race of video gaming console Microsoft launched its gaming

    console as XBOX came with hard disk for saving games and load data. It

    was launched on 15th

    November 2001.The Nintendo GameCube, released November 18, 2001 in North America,was Nintendo's fourth home video game console and the first console by

    the company to use optical media instead of cartridges.After this all in the next generation where technologies reached toits highest level Microsofts XBOX 360, Sonys Play Station 3 and

    Nintendos WII was released till now. These gaming consoles provide HDquality of presentation of gaming with best peripheral devices like

    sensors and virtual console and motion sensing.
