Buy, Rent and Hold is when you acquire a

property and rent it out over a long period of time

Fix and Flip is when you acquire a property with

the intent of fixing it up so you can sell it out right for

a profit

# 3Lease Options

Lease Options is when you acquire a property and rent it to someone who has

the option to purchase it later

# 4Wholesaling

Wholesaling is when you acquire a property at a

discount and you sell it to someone else at a higher

price.
