Establishing a VidaCall Account

Customers are driven to the VidaCall web site to sign up on-line at www.vidacall.com.

Customers enter their information & pre-register the phone numbers they will use to access the service.

Customers select a dollar denomination that suits their needs.

Once the credit card payment has been authorized, their account is immediately activated and they can start making calls right away.

When placing a call, customers dial a local access number to enter the platform and immediately start taking advantage of the low VidaCall rates.

When placing a call, the VidaCall system will read the account balance and minutes used.

As calls are completed, VidaCall automatically deducts the cost of the call from the initial amount the customer paid.
