Aims of the visit:

• To involve partners in taking part into events organized by local learners and staff in order to communicate and strengthen the cooperation among the FUE European partners.

• To acquire knowledge about the main features of Estonian Flora.

Aims of the visit:

• To evaluate the second year of collaboration.

• To prepare the final reports for the National Agencies.

• To share Power point presentations about the activities done during the second year of collaboration.

• To acquire and improve knowledge about the Northern European Flora and Estonian naturalistic heritage.

• Evaluation session

• Study visits– Botanical garden of Tallinn– Lahemaa National Park – Tallinn flower festival

• Exchange of material collected along the project for pedagogical purposes and didactic use

Activities: evaluation session• The project meeting was mainly devoted to evaluate the

results, impact and dissemination of the project after the second year of collaboration. During the evaluation sessions each delegation was asked to synthesize the final results (both local and joint) of their work and focus on the project achievement and its impact on staff and learners.

• All the coordinators expressed satisfaction, especially about the quality and degree of learners and staff participation and involvement into the project.

Activities: study visits

Museum of Natural History

• The guided visit to the Museum of Natural History was an opportunity to observe the displays on Estonian flora and its habitats.

• The guided visit to the Museum of Natural History was monitored by the director of the museum.

• A first meeting took place in the premises of the Museum of Natural History.

Visit to Tallinn Botanical Garden

• The guided study visit to Tallinn Botanical Garden and its greenhouses was an good opportunity to observe flora from all over the world.

• The guided tour was monitored by the local botanist Urmas Laansoo.

• It was a fruitful tour and a good chance to share some information related to flora from different countries.

Activities: study visitsVisit to Lahemaa National Park

• The guided study visit at the visit to Lahemaa National Park was an opportunity for each participant to enjoy Estonian nature.

Lahemaa National Park (established 1971) is located on Northern Estonia, 70 kilometers east from capital Tallinn. Its area covers 725 km² (including 250.9 km² of sea).

• Acquiring and enriching the knowledge about Northern European flora.
