Everything we manufacture is designed using the latest 2D and 3D CAD and analysis soware. e insert tool bodies are built entirely on CNC machinery and our inserts are ground on a Swiss 5 axis CNC grinder. Every tool we make is balanced to an industry standard of 2.5G according to its weight and maximum operating RPM.

Walter Orbach started Vexor in 1984, noticing that many woodworking companies were having trouble locating and maintaining quality tools. He immediately set out to provide services to solve this problem, using the experience and knowledge he had gained from nearly 20 years in the tool manufacturing business.

Located in beautiful Denver Colorado, Vexor is family owned and operated, utilizing over 90 years of combined experience in the tooling and manufacturing industry. is emphasis on the importance of family is one of the main factors that sets Vexor apart from other tool companies.
