The Town of Leland is accepting bids for routine vehicle maintenance.

Routine Maintenance for each vehicle listed on the attached sheet is requested: Below is a list of services that are expected during maintenance (if there is another service you perform or one that is required and not listed please list it on your bid and explain)

Lube and Oil Changes (all items needed to perform services need to be listed and priced) Air Filter Tire Rotation Fluid Labor Charges Inspection

In addition, due to the unique vehicle use and wear sustained from the nature of police vehicles as well as other town vehicles; we request the following specific routine repairs:

The Town requests a routine schedule be created in compliance with warranties on the vehicles; this can be created with contacting the finance department at 910-332-4295 after awarding the services.

The Town of Leland has the authority to reject any or all bids. Although the selection will be based substantially on the lowest bid, the Town reserves the right to select the successful bidder that best meets the needs of the Town.

If business is located within Town limits, Must obtain a Town of Leland Privilege License.

To schedule appointments to discuss services and vehicles please finance at 910-332-4295.

You may submit proposals by mail or hand deliver to: Town of Leland, vehicle maint/repair bids, 102 Town Hall Drive, Leland, NC 28451. Proposals may be submitted by email to [email protected] Proposals should be submitted no later than March 23rd, 2009 at 10:00am. Successful Bidder will be notified by April 1, 2009.
