ICL Fincorp conducted Business Promotion meet to Introduce its health divisions plan to start non-Invasive Vaso-Meditech EECP cardiac treatment centres across Kerala and other states.

The business promotion and share holder meet was organised in Hotel Hyatt Regency Chennai on 11th June 2017. The meetings Chief guest was Hon’ble Justice T.N.Valli Nayagam and Swami Sunil Das Sneham Trust . Other guest were ICL Fin corp chairman Mr. K.G.AnilKumar, Dr.S.Ramasamy Director of Vaso-Meditech Pvt Ltd, Dr.V.K.Subburaj IAS, former union Pharmaceutical secretary,Mr.Bindhumadhavan IAS former Additional chief secretary of TamilNadu and Dr. Manilal President world peace and safety council Chennai.

Mr. K.G.AnilKumar with other dignitaries inaugurated the ICL Medi Lab by lighting the lamp and said ICL Fincorp has success in Finance sector will provide them motivation to start EECP centres through its ICL Medilab division

Dr.S.Ramasamy EECP international expert and Director of Vaso-Meditech was inducted as the new director in the ICL Medilab to oversee the Kerala and national expansion of the EECP treatment facility. He said EECP treatment is a non-invasive outpatient treatment for patients with coronary artery obstruction and Poor heart pumping function. This treatment will be cost effective, life saving and can reach all corners of India. Currently the treatment is successfully Launched in 11 TamilNadu Government Medical college Hospitals and have treated more than 2000 cardiac patients without surgery or angioplasty.

Dr.Subburaj IAS explained the country need 25 lakhs heart surgery per annum but currently our hospital infrastructure in both private and public can able to handle only 2-3 lakhs heart surgery per annum. He said treatment like EECP can able to reduce this gap. He informed awareness should be created amount patients and medical fraternity about the benefit of the Vaso-Meditech EECP treatment.

Mr.Bindhumadhavan IAS said even after 2 bypass surgery he had a poor quality of life now after EECP treatment for the past 4 years he is living good quality of life walking 4 km every day. Government should implement this treatment not only in cities but also in the district hospitals to help the cardiac patients.

The meeting was attended by share holders, physicians and cardiologists.
