VARESE LIBERTY TOUR Art & Culture city sightseeing

Participants will meet at 16.00 at the University of Insubria-DBSV, via Dunant 3 where they will begin the first European city sightseeing tour dedicated to Art Nouveau – and discover the beautiful LIBERTY architecture and gardens of Varese. An expert guide, dressed in Art Nouveau clothes and a special bus, in Liberty decor, will accompany you in this special program into the wonderful gardens of the Palazzo Estense, the Villa Recalcati, the Palace Grand Hotel, the Piazza Montegrappa, the funicular of the Sacro Monte and the Birrificio Poretti. The Liberty tour is not just limited to unusual visits and unknown special places but also gives you the possibility of discovering Liberty – a tavola!!!

At approximately 7 pm, you will enjoy dinner at Al Gallione in Bodio Lomnago where the chef Alessandro Garzillo will astonish you with a special menu of Varese cuisine. At the end of the dinner (approximately 10.30pm) you will be taken back to your hotel.
