Traditional Plus Front Frame Construction may be ordered in the following ways: 1. Flush Inset 2. Beaded Inset

(Beaded Inset Front Frames are available with 3/8" bead or 5/16" bead.) Note: 3/8" Bead is standard unless otherwise specified.

FRONT FRAMES - When ordering 5/4 doors, front frames will be 1-1/16" thick x 1-1/2" wide solid stock, mortised, blind tenoned, glued and pinned from the back. When ordering Beaded Inset 4/4 doors, front frames will be 1-1/16" thick x 1-1/2" wide solid stock, mortised, blind tenoned, glued and pinned from the back. Fronts are splined to ends, tops & bottoms.

SIDES - 3/4" ply wood construction, except Country Collection Double Beaded ends, which are MDF for uniformity of color. Sides are machined and splined to fit front frames and doweled to accept cabinet top and bottom. Finished exposed ends ve neered in wood species desired.

TOP AND BOTTOM - 3/4" Natural Maple veneered particle core, doweled into cabinet ends for maximum strength and squareness. Wall cabinet bottoms are raised up 1/4" and tops are recessed down 1/4" as door stops. Base cabinet bottoms are raised up 1/4". Tops will be flush with top rail. A door/drawer base cabinet will have a door stop under the door rail. Tall cabinet bottoms are raised up 1/4" and tops are recessed down 1/4" as door stops. (See B Section) Top and bottom will be flush to frame rail in open units, lazy susans, pullout units (i. e. B drop units) pocket door cabinets, microwave cabinets etc. Flipper door - top is flush at bottom of rail if hinged at top. Magnets are concealed in the thickness of door and in the thickness of the frame which allows for placement of magnets at both top and bottom of door.

INTERIOR - Furniture Grade Natural Maple

SHELVES - 3/4" Natural Maple plywood,with ad just able shelf supports at 32 mm spacing.

BACKS - 1/2" Maple plywood construction dadoed into cabinet sides, glued and pinned. Back is recessed in1/8" wall cabinets & 3/8" base & tall cabinets for scribe.

HANG RAIL (3/4" x 1-1/4") Solid Maple Hang Rail built into all wall and tall cabinets for maximum support and strength, which matches the maple interior of the cabinet.

BASE TOP STRETCHER - 3/4" x 4" Stretcher as sem bled at front and back in line with top of drawers for rigidity.

DRAWERS & PULLOUTS - 3/4" Solid Aspen four sided finger-joint dovetailed drawer box. 1/2" plywood bottom. Top edge of all drawers and pullouts are machined with a soft radius.

DRAWER SLIDES - All Drawers (except Bin Drawers) are supplied with Grass soft closing, Full Extension, concealed undermount slides at no additional cost. Minimum cabinet depth is 15-", maximum cabinet width is 36".

Soft Closing is also supplied at no additional cost with all pull-outs.

Soft Closing Smooth and Silent Drawer slides: Dynamic Load Rating=75 lbs., Static Load Rating=100 lbs. Undermount locking device for easy installation and removal.

Soft Closing, HEAVY DUTY, Full Extension, Undermount slides are also available at additional cost ($21.00 per pair) Minimum cabinet depth is 21", maximum cabinet width is 36".

Soft and Silent Closing For Doors

Soft and silent closing for doors senses how hard the cabinet door is being closed, then adjusts resistance to create

a smooth, silent close.

Will be used on Traditional Plus Inset Cabinetry with a raised floor when ordering a fully concealed self closing hinge. These hinges are:

The raised floor (Traditional Plus) is the door stop. In Traditional (flush floor) the magnet is the door stop. Therefore,

the soft and silent closing mechanism is only available in Traditional Plus. The soft and silent closing mechanism

and a magnet cannot be used at the same time.
