Dr.CoatesisaprofessorandCanadaResearchChairinRegionalInnovation,JohnsonShoyamaGraduateSchoolofPublicPolicy,UniversityofSaskatchewan,andMunkSeniorFellowwiththeMacdonald-LaurierInstitute.HebringshisexperienceinEastAsiaandaroundthecircumpolarworldtobearonhisunderstandingofCanada’sstrengthsandweaknesses.
