use case scenario

22nd October 2010, 0900 hours Government Agency Administrator, Stefan Lucius, arrives at the Data centre in the Capital City of Lazarus Island. He logs into the Resource Management system that contains information about the resources where he is in charge in managing the resources that the Government and the Non Government Organisation has gathered about the situation that recently happened a couple days ago due to the typhoon.

Stefan is required to manage the resources that have been given to him by one of his managers to store, allocate and provide resources through the Resource Management System. By 0915 hours he contacts the NGO admin called Derek Smith, who he recently enrolled onto the system, to ask to set up resource hubs so that he can store, despatch and allocate the resources in the hubs.By 1000 hours the NGO admin confirms that the hubs are ready and able to store resources in the hubs where these hubs have a secure line with the GAA to provide and manage resources through the system. Stefan also asks the NGO admin to provide them the resources so that Stefan can bundle up the resources in a package so he can distribute the packages to the NGO workers when requested.By 1130 hours he has finished communicating with Derek about providing and setting up resources on the system where these packages are stored in specific hubs so that when a NGO admin or worker requests a resource pack the GAA can confirm the request and the NGO can then take the resource pack. Through this Stefan manages the resources where he allocated the resources to specific hubs and despatches the resources when requested.

In 1500 hours an incident took place in a nearby situation caused by a mud slide from the Typhoon where NGO workers are in that particular area. The NGO workers request the resources from the Government Agency Admin where one of the members, Stefan is dealing on the management of the resources. He provides and despatches the resources to the NGO workers where it helped them with dealing with the scenario of the situation.

Background

Key GoalsBianca loves to do creative things where she enjoys going to clubbing, going to see gallery, watch theatre and other stuff. She is outgoing and likes to be known for her own designs.

She likes to make a portfolio for her artwork and fashion and after graduation likes to pursue fashion in New York.

A day in the LifeBeing in first year she loves to go to Brighton, Worthing, Bognor Regis or Goodwood where she usually gets her inspiration from different areas. She knows the advanced skills like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and other several of application where she uses them for her course.

Whilst doing her photography, she decided to go outside and take some photos for her assignment. Wanting to check the weather she quickly checks her Macbook Pro to see the weather in Bognor Regis. She went

to a website called Bognor Regis Observer and trying to check the weather online using the website however whilst checking she cannot search for it in the homepage. Scrolling through the website she eventually managed to find the website on the sidebar but in a very low position where it looks like advertisement.

With the new design for Bognor Regis Observer, the layout of where the content, e.g. the weather app is now placed in the top making it more accessible to view the weather where she felt that she can easily find it as oppose to the sidebar or at the wrong place.

ABOUTSince 1992, badminton has been an Olympic sport with five events: men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and mixed doubles, in which each pair consists of a man and a woman. At high levels of play, especially in singles, the sport demands excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, explosive strength, speed and precision. It is also a technical sport, requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.
