5:15 p.m. – Report time for Eppler Cadet & Concert Bands • Students should be in full concert uniform upon arrival

• Please put coats/cases and assemble in Drama Room (next to Band Room)

5:20 p.m. – Cadet & Concert Bands report to auditorium for warm-up

5:45 p.m. – Eppler Cadet & Concert Band warm-up ends/

Doors to auditorium open

6:00 p.m. – Cadet Band Performs

6:25 p.m. – Concert Band Performs*

6:45 p.m. – Report time for Utica Symphonic/Jazz Band • Students should be in full concert uniform upon arrival

• Please put coats/cases and assemble in Band Room

• Warm up and tune sections before concert

7:15 p.m. – Report time for Utica Wind Ensemble • Students should be in full concert uniform upon arrival

• Please put coats/cases and assemble in Band Room

• Warm up and tune sections before concert

7:30 p.m. – Utica Jazz Band Performs

7:50 p.m. – Utica Symphonic Band Performs*

8:15 p.m. – Utica Wind Ensemble Performs*

8:45 p.m. – Concert ends – Senior Slideshow presentation ☺
