• When you are ready to commence your web meeting open the Adobe room

• Log in as a Guest and click ‘Enter Room’

• Remember: It is recommended that you test your equipment and the room every time you access it

• Start by checking your connection speed

• Next check your sound

• Click Next at the welcome screen and every other screen when your task is finished

• Now record your voice by clicking on record and speaking into the microphone

• Click Test Silence and then when finished click Next
