These camps provide a thorough overview of vault technique and provide the opportunity to partici-pate in drills, video analysis and vault sessions.

3-Day Immersion Camps June 15-17– Girls June 22-24– Boys

Check-in: Thursday at noon Check-out: Saturday at noon $350 (campers) $330 (commuters)

Includes all meals, housing and camp T-shirt Limited to first 10 campers

These camps are designed to give each vaulter a thorough understanding of the pole vault technique and training. Additionally, camp participants will receive one-on-one instruction, participate in nu-merous drills, spend significant time on each phase of the vault and participate in vault sessions and video analysis sessions. The 3-day camp format al-lows more time to be spent learning drills, develop-ing specific vault skills and vaulting.

Ehrisman began his tenure at USF in the summer of 2007. In a short span, some amazing things have occurred in the pole vault at USF. Here are several of the accom-plishments within the vault program since 2009:

Lillibridge Track is located at the USF Sanford Sports Complex at 69th Street and Cliff Avenue. Check in for all camps will be held at the northeast corner of the track, which is accessible from Charger Avenue via 69th Street (1/4 mile east of Cliff)

What to bring

Campers should bring workout clothes, water bottle, running shoes, spikes, pole vault poles and personal vault gear (USF does have a large selection of poles you will be allowed to

use). Overnight campers will need towels, bathroom supplies, bathing suit, pillow and sleeping bag/bedding.
