DESCRIPTION
The Uptown Atlantic mixed-use project by Equity Enterprises USA is in the West Atlantic Area of Downtown Delray Beach in the southern 600 - 900 Blocks fronting West Atlantic Avenue. The project has full support of the surrounding community by way of a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) that the developer agreed to through a partnership with the West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition (WARC), the NW SW Neighborhood Alliance and the Village Elders. This project was awarded to Equity Enterprises by the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) through its RFP (Request for Proposal) process.TRANSCRIPT
