ON

Select My Data, Data Transfer, then select USB cable

Plug USB cable into device and computer; do not move device or cable during communication

2. Accu-Chek Aviva Expert meterFrom the main menu, select My Data, then select Data Transfer

Mapping patient data to the Accu-Chek Connect online portal1

Go to Patients menu in Portal.

Click Data Sharing Requests.

Select a new invitation or a new device.

Find corresponding patient in Existing Patients list. Click patient name to highlight it.

If patient name is not found under Existing Patients, click Add Patient.

After entering the information, click Add Patient.
