What are the best Upcoming Cars in India Many carmakers in the country have been readying new products for 2015-2016. Let us take a look at a few cars entering segments in the automobile industry. Honda Jazz is being brought back by Honda. The hatchback gets both a new design and a diesel engine. The new Jazz will get the same engines as the ones that power the Amaze. It will be a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol and a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel. Expect a powerful 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine later. The Jazz is expected to be launched by mid 2015 while the expected price is Rs. 4.5 lakh-Rs. 8 lakh. Maruti Suzuki YRA, a premium hatchback, was launched at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Expecting a festive launch in the third quarter of 2015, the YRA gets a new 1.0- litre, direct-injection turbocharged petrol engine that is based on the Suzuki's 1.0- litre K-series engine that also powers the Alto and the WagonR. The diesel engine is expected to be the same 1.3-litre Multijet unit that also powers the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. The expected price is Rs. 5.5 lakh-Rs. 9 lakh. Ford has already launched a new Figo hatchback in Brazil and is planning to bring it to India by 2016. In terms of design, the new Figo hatchback will come with a honeycomb grille and head-lights with different mirror element. The Figo will continue to be powered by the existing engine options - the 1.4-litre diesel and both, the 1.2-litre and 1.5-litre petrol in India. The expected price is Rs. 4.5 lakh-Rs. 7 lakh.

Fiat 500 Abarth is going to be a performance-oriented hatchback that will take on the likes of BMW 1 Series, Mercedes-Benz A-Class, and Volvo V40 Cross Country when it will be launched in the second half of 2015. It is expected to be powered by a 1.4-litre MultiAir turbocharged petrol unit that generates a power of 135 bhp. The 500 Abarth will get projector head-lamps, dual-exhaust system, KONI front-shock absorbers, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), electronic stability control (ESC) and 7 airbags. This high end product is expected to be at a price of Rs. 22 lakh. Tata Bolt Sport was showcased at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show and is expected to see a 2015 end release. It will get the same 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol motor that also powers the Zest and the regular Bolt. However, the engine is tuned for better performance and will be capable of a maximum power output of 120 bhp and a peak torque of 170 Nm. It will come paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox that sends power to the front wheels of the car. This version will also get newly designed 17-inch alloy wheels.
