What was your earliest dream job?Ever since I was a kid, I have always dreamt of being a mechanical engineer and that dream stayed with me till I finished high school.

What was your first role and how did What was your first role and how did you fall into it?My first job was a cashier at Aramex My first job was a cashier at Aramex Head Office. I enjoyed every minute of it and I truly believe that the passion I placed in my job and the joy I got out of it and the reasons why I got to learn and advance fast in my career

What do you like most about your current role?I believe that what I like most about my current role is that fact the shift from satisfying my ambitions to helping others satisfy theirs. I also enjoy my job a great deal now because it gives me a chance to make a difference for others and for the community.

What would you consider to be the most brilliant What would you consider to be the most brilliant moment of your career?The most brilliant moment in my career happened The most brilliant moment in my career happened when I received my first Thank You message from the CEO. I was a cashier at the time and I worked on a big project with colleagues. The project was a success and the team received recognition for it. I must say that I have read that thank you note I received a thousand times and it always put a smile on my face. What’s your top job to fill at the moment?I believe that at this time the need is in driving organizations towards digital transformation. This requires a major shift in thinking and culture in addition to a need to build a network of strategic partnerships and alliances. Having said that, I also believe that the people needed for the digital era must possess a diverse set of competencies, such as strategic thinking, networking, being part a diverse set of competencies, such as strategic thinking, networking, being part of a team, believing in the impact of the customer experience, connecting the dots and knowledge of technology to mention a few. Such competencies are no longer only exclusive to senior positions. Regardless what the job description and title are, people need to be aware, communicative, technology literate and with core values that allow them to learn, connect and deliver fast.

What’s the best or worst interview question you have ever heard?I cannot think of the worst question but the best one was: What is the outcome I cannot think of the worst question but the best one was: What is the outcome of 10 plus 10?
