Aranya

The upcoming residential project “Aranya” by Unnati Fortune is getting designed on Green initiatives. Various aspects of design, construction and operations are thought off in an innovative way with an intention to achieve energy efficiency in the residential building. Number of eco friendly features make the proposed building a unique green building and an industry benchmark. The building is pursuing “IGBC Green Home” - Certification for the project. The green initiatives can be broadly identified in five categories – Site Sensitive, Water Efficient, Energy Efficient, Regional material use and improved quality of space. Following are few salient features of the building:

Site Responsive: •Existing fertile soil on plot will be preserved and re used during construction process.

•All exposed surfaces will have good reflective finish to minimize the Heat island effect.

•All basic amenities will be within a walking distance.
