The ACUSTER range of universal couplings is made up of sleeves and flange adaptors.The couplings are suitable for joining tubes with a differen-ce between outer diameters ranging from 10 mm to 24 mm for some dimensions. They fit the majority of pipes on the market. The flange adaptors allow any flanged mechanism to be inserted in the line, and are coupled to DIN flanges.The maximum service pressure is 16 bar in all cases (24 bar test pressure).The range of diameters is from DN50 to DN600, both for sleeve joints and flange joints. They can be used for joining any type of rigid piping: steel, ductile cast iron, grey cast iron, fibre cement, PVC, etc.

La gama de acoplamientos universales ACUSTER, está for-mada por manguitos y adaptadores a brida.Los manguitos son adecuados para la unión de tuberías con una diferencia entre diámetros exteriores que oscila entre los 10 mm y los 24 mm en alguna medida. Se adaptan a la ma-yoría de tubos del mercado. Los adaptadores a brida permi-ten insertar cualquier mecanismo embridado en la línea y se acopla a bridas DIN.En todos los casos, la presión de servicio máxima es de 16 bar (prueba de presión de 24 bar).La gama de diámetros comprende de DN50 a DN600, tanto para unión manguito como unión a brida. Se emplean para la unión de cualquier tipo de tuberías rígidas: de acero, fun-dición dúctil, fundición gris, fibrocemento, PVC, etc.

Assembling / Montaje

Regulations / Normativas

To ensure a correct compression of the joint, we recom-mend that the ACUSTER couplings and flanges be assem-bled with a tightening torque of between 55 and 65 Nm.The joint can withstand an angular deviation of the tube from horizontal of up to 6°.The usage temperature is between 0 and 60 degrees cen-tigrade.

- The design in manufacture of the ACUSTER universal coupling and flange adapter (ACURANGE) has been carried out based on regulation UNE-EN 14525.- The cast iron of the body and the tightening rings are manufactured in accordance with regulation EN 1563.- The Coupling flange is manufactured based on regulations ISO 7005-2 and EN 1092-2.- The sealing gaskets comply with regulation EN 681-1.

Para asegurar una correcta compresión de la junta, se reco-mienda que los manguitos y bridas universales ACUSTER, se monten con un par de apriete de entre 55 y 65 Nm. La junta puede soportar una desviación angular del tubo con respecto a la horizontal de hasta 6º.La temperatura de utilización está entre los 0 y los 60 grados centígrados.

- El diseño en la fabricación de los manguitos y bridas universales de ACUSTER (ACURANGE), se ha realizado en base a la normativa UNE-EN 14525.- La fundición del cuerpo y de los aros de apriete están fabricados según la norma EN 1563.- La Brida del acoplamiento está fabricada en base a las normas ISO 7005-2 y EN 1092-2.- Las juntas de estanqueidad cumplen la norma EN 681-1.
