• being healthy

Things that can make me unhappy:• being assigned too much homework by teachers

• getting too much interference from my parents

• not getting on well with my classmates or friends

• facing fierce competition between me and my peers

• hearing that something important to me, e.g., a sports meeting, has been cancelled

Sayings about happiness Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.

Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.

We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.

Be happy. It's one way of being wise.

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.

If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.
