1. Patient registration - receive badge
2. Patient goes to waiting room
3. Arrival/presence of patient is detected (RFID reader)
4. Doctor sees if his patient has already arrived
5. Patient sees his position in the waiting queue & average delay on a large monitor
6. Doctor calls the next patient from within his consultation room
7. Patient goes to the consultation room and sees on the e-ink display where he/she needs to be
8. Consultation is finished: patient drops badge in collection box (with integrated RFID reader)
