The Powers of Darkness

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth

John 1:3 Through him ALL THINGS were made; without him nothing was made that has been made

GOD CREATED EVERYTHING

Colossians 1:16 by him ALL THINGS created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; ALL THINGS were created by him and for him.

YES. God even created Satan and the powers of darkness

God even tells us why as we will see later in this video

The Devil is NO JOKE

We ignore the devil at our own peril

God told us all we need to know in the Scriptures

We are not to dwell on these dark powers

However, we must receive the wisdom God gave us so we may overcome sin and the world.

What you are about to see will be a shock to most Christians

But the TRUTH will set you free.

Hosea 4:6 my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God

Many souls have been lost due to ignorance

My hope is this video may awaken some to the truth

The enemy comes to destroy us. That means our house.

I love Jesus Christ. I am striving to obey Him 100% as that is what He called us to do. God has given me revelation directly and through other men. This truth has largely been hidden from our eyes. I do not boast in this, it is a burden. But I must follow God and not men and put this light of truth out to the world.

Preface

Only receive this, if God shows it to you in the Scriptures. I am just a man.

I will tie all of this together for you and speak to the LOVE of Jesus and how we are protected and delivered from the enemy.

But first I must lay a foundation, so the focus here will be on the darker side of things. This will be a multi-part series

We are warned that deceivers would come and there would be MANY of them. The most basic false doctrine has us believing anybody or anything that has “Jesus” or “Christianity” as its label.

When we ignore the devil or cut out the powers of darkness out of the Bible -- we are readily deceived.

Without fear of God, there is no true knowledge of God.

THIS IS A DOCTRINE OF A DEMONIt says to ignore the devil

Not fearing God and ignoring these powers, leads us to pursue the lusts of the flesh and the world. A false peace and security results.

The DEMONS have never gone away. Jesus came to destroy their works, but they are still here.

These powers are not destroyed until the LORD returns.

The DEMONS are still here. We best not be ignorant of their schemes any longer

Let’s see thru the fog of apostasy

And the light the Lord gave to us

There are many words in the Scriptures that are types and allegories to the Powers of Darkness

Like the parables in the NT, Jesus said the understanding is hidden and revealed to us only by Him.

Jesus said the religious wise would never ever see it. He has been proven right, our modern day Pharisees are blind as bats.

Let’s go look at some in the WORD

Matthew 5:17 Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill

You need to understand and see that it was the LORD speaking thru the Prophets. These are the words of God and they apply to us this very day.

They are the raging sea in the Scriptures. The POD bring the end time flood

Remember when Jesus calmed the seas when the disciples were afraid?

Luke 21:25 There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves

The POD are the “roaring”

sea in the Prophets

Isaiah 51:15 For I am the LORD your God, who stirs up the sea and its waves roar

Jeremiah 6:23 They seize bow and spear; they are cruel and have no mercy; their voice roars like the sea

Jeremiah 5:22 'Do you not fear Me?' declares the LORD 'Do you not tremble in My presence? or I have placed the sand as a boundary for the sea, An eternal decree, so it cannot cross over it

Isaiah 5:30 And it will growl over it in that day like the roaring of the sea If one looks to the land, behold, there is darkness and distress; Even the light is darkened by its clouds

Lions , leopards, jackals, etc, the “wild beasts” refer to the POD

Daniel in the lions den. Hello, that is us today!

Mark 1:13 And He was in the wilderness forty days being tempted by Satan; and He was with the WILD BEASTS, and the angels were ministering to Him

These beasts follow Satan, they are the devils army, they are evil spirits/demons

1 Peter 5:8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring LION, seeking someone to devour.

We’ve all know this verse, but do we really see it in the rest of the Scriptures?1 Kings 20:36 Then he said to him, “Because you

have not listened to the voice of the LORD, behold, as soon as you have departed from me, a lion will kill you.” And as soon as he had departed from him a lion found him and killed him

Psalm 57 My soul is among lions; I must lie among those who breathe forth fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows. And their tongue a sharp sword.

Psalm 104 You appoint darkness and it becomes night, In which all the beasts of the forest prowl about. The young lions roar after their prey and seek their food from God. When the sun rises they withdraw

Jeremiah 5 They have refused to repent. Therefore a lion from the forest will slay them

My friends, I could paste in pages of passages about lions. We are in a lions den. We are aliens and strangers in a hostile land.

Leopards are very hard to spot, they are camouflaged, very FAST, and share traits with wolves in sheep's clothing

If we are not truly Born Again under God’s protection, the picture looks like this one

Jeremiah 5:6 Therefore a lion from the forest will slay them, A wolf of the deserts will destroy them, a leopard is watching their cities. Everyone who goes out of them will be torn in pieces, Because their transgressions (sins) are many, Their apostasies are numerous

Jeremiah 12:9 Is My inheritance like a speckled bird of prey to Me? Are the birds of prey against her on every side? Go, gather all the beasts of the field, Bring them to devour!

Isaiah 18:6 They will be left together for mountain birds of prey, and for the beasts of the earth; and the birds of prey will spend the summer feeding on them, and all the beasts of the earth will spend harvest time on them

The Powers of Darkness are the tree cutters in Scripture

Matthew 7:19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire

We are the trees of the field. Our assemblies are the forests. Wake up my brothers and sisters. Axmen are everywhere, many look like sheep

Isaiah 55:12 You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills will burst into song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands!

Daniel 4:14 He shouted out and spoke as follows:" Chop down the tree and cut off its branches, Strip off its foliage and scatter its fruit; Let the beasts flee from under it and the birds from its branches.

The fallen church is this BIG TREE

Jeremiah 46 - They will chop down her forest,“ declares the LORD, dense though it be. They are more numerous than locusts, they cannot be counted. The Daughter of Egypt will be put to shame, handed over to the people of the north

Worldly Christians are destroyed by the tree cutters, they left Egypt but then returned to it when the suffering in the wilderness came about

Isaiah 9:10 The bricks have fallen down, But we will rebuild with smooth stones; The sycamores have been cut down, But we will replace them with cedars

The famous cedars of Lebanon, big and strong. like true Children of God

Psalm 91 You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down

Psalm 140 They sharpen their tongues as a serpent; Poison of a viper is under their lips

The enemy’s weaponsAre lies, their leader is the father of all lies

Isaiah 11:8 The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper's den

Do you see what this says. When we are truly Born of God, the devil

cannot harm us

Isaiah 27 In that day the LORD will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, with His fierce and great and mighty sword, Even Leviathan the twisted serpent; and He will kill the dragon who lives in the sea

Jeremiah 8:17 For behold, I am sending serpents against you, Adders, for which there is no charm, and they will bite you," declares the LORD

Snakes and Serpents are the most obvious type of these dark powers SNAKES ARE ALL OVER YOUR BIBLE

Jeremiah 46 Its sound moves along like a serpent; For they move on like an army and come to her as woodcutters with axes

Notice the description of “them” as woodcutters!

Amos 9:3 From there I will command the serpent and it will bite them

Isaiah 34 The desert creatures will meet with the wolves, The hairy goat also will cry to its kind; Yes, the night monster will settle there and will find herself a resting place. The tree snake will make its nest and lay eggs there

Are you starting to see the inter-relationships and references to the Powers of Darkness?

These lying powers are the locustsJoel 1 What the gnawing locust has left, the swarming locust has eaten; And what the swarming locust has left, the creeping locust has eaten; And what the creeping locust has left, the stripping locust has eaten. 5Awake, drunkards, and weep; They eat your soul by getting you to drink the sweet wine of another gospel and you get drunk and fall asleep!

Locust are a curse from God for SIN and REBELLION against His Word

Deuteronomy 28 - However, if you do not obey the LORD your God ……all these curses will come upon you and overtake you

Deuteronomy 28:41 - You will have sons and daughters but you will not keep them, because they will go into captivity. Swarms of locusts will take over all your trees and the crops of your land.

God does not change. These are not bugs! They are the powers of darkness and they are always present when sin and rebellion to God’s word are present

Amos 4:9 Many times I struck your gardensand vineyards, I struck them with blightand mildew. Locusts devoured your fig and olive trees, yet you have not returned to me.

God Demands Your Whole Heart, otherwise He sends locusts to bring you to repentance

This is a peak into the LOVE of GOD

Revelation 9:7 The appearance of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle; and on their heads appeared to be crowns like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men. They had hair like the hair of women, and their teeth were like the teeth of lions.

Look at how the locusts are described

They ride horses: That is people, these spirits work in fleshly bodies. Spirits live in people.

The Locusts

They are religious: They have what looks like crowns on their headsHair was like women: They are of weak faith as hair is their coveringTeeth Like Lions: They tell lies, religious lies

Faces Like Men: They work thru people, deceived Christians

My friends, these locusts are the ones that bring the God Sent strong delusion. They include MANY religious liars and they deceive many by their false gospel.

They have brought the FLOOD OF LIES that leads to another Jesus.

THE DELUSION IS ALREADY HERE

The sweet gospel being sold by these locusts turns bitter in the end. The lies accommodate sin.

We must stand on the true gospel.

King Nebuchadnezzar is a type for Satan

The story about Shadrack, Meshek and Abegnedo in Daniel 3?

This what Satan does. He tries to get us to bow to his image. It is a very very easy way to be “saved”.

BUT IT IS A LIE!

If you do not take the easy way, but instead stand on the true gospel about denying yourself, suffering, being persecuted…...

You are thrown into the furnace.

Understand who and what this king represents in Scripture

Jeremiah 27:5-8 I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are on the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it to whom it seemed proper to Me. 6 And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant; and the beasts of the field I have also given him to serve him

Part 2Why They Come

After the fall of Adam and Eve. God placed enmity between the devil and the church

Gen 3 - And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed

The woman is the CHURCH, the real one built by Jesus

Ever since Adam’s fall, the gates to the TREE have been guarded by the powers of darkness

Genesis 3:24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

This is “them”, they are God’s flaming Sword as you will see.

We need to eat off this tree to live

Jesus came to show us the way

Not to take away the guards

The Babylon Church has changed the image of God defined in Scriptures

Isaiah 45:7 I am the LORD, and there is no other, the One forming light and creating darkness, causing well-being and creating calamity; I am the LORD who does all these.

GOD IS GOOD, but we need to understand what He said about Himself and the limited answer to WHY HE DOES IT

Psalm 103 The LORD has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all.

Make NO Mistake: God is in control of EVERYTHING all the time

Matthew 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for a cent? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father’s will

Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes ALL THINGS to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose

Do you Believe this passage?

Lamentations 3:37-38 Who is there who speaks and it comes to pass, Unless the Lord has commanded it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that both good and ill go forth?

Amos 3:6 If a trumpet is blown in a city will not the people tremble? If a calamity occurs in a city has not the LORD done it?

Psalm 74:1 O God, why have You rejected us forever? Why does Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?

The LORD even brings sickness and disease, ALL OF IT, to accomplish His purposes

Deuteronomy 32 there is no God besides Me; It is I who put to death and give life. I have wounded and it is I who heal

Heb 12 - God is a consuming fire

He is the LION of Judah

Our carnal minds cannot understand the whole mystery of God, only what He has revealed thru His Son

Isaiah 54:16 See, it is I who created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fit for its work. And it is I who have created the destroyer to work havoc

This what God said. Who are we the clay to question God the potter about who He says He is?

Isaiah 54 - no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD

But the GOOD NEWS Reigns

IF we are really IN CHRIST

Psalm 107 He sent His WORD and HEALED them, and delivered them from their destructions. Let them give thanks to the LORD for His loving-kindness

OUR HOLY FATHER LOVES US!

JESUSHEALS

&DELIVERS

GOD IS IN CONTROL of EVERYTHING THE DEVIL IS NOT RUNNING AROUND LOOSE. HE IS IN GOD’s HANDS

Satan and the Powers of Darkness WORK FOR GOD. They are HIS Servants

Our God is an AWESOME GOD

But He created light and darkness, good and evil

Yet God is HOLY and WE MUST FEAR HIM ALONE

Let’s look at the LORD’s Mighty Servants

Amos 9:4 From there I will command the serpent and it will bite them. 4“And though they go into captivity before their enemies, from there I will command the sword that it slay them, and I will set My eyes against them for evil and not for good

Isaiah 13:3 I have commanded My consecrated ones, I have even called My mighty warriors, My proudly exulting ones, To execute My anger.

Isaiah 13:5 The LORD of hosts is mustering the army for battle. 5They are coming from a far country, From the farthest horizons, The LORD and His instruments of indignation, to destroy the whole land

God’s Army

Jeremiah 51:20 He says, “You are My war-club, My weapon of war; and with you I shatter nations, and with you I destroy kingdoms. With you I shatter the horse and his rider

Jeremiah 6 Thus says the LORD, "Behold, a people is coming from the north land, ……They seize bow and spear; they are cruel and have no mercy; Their voice roars like the sea, and they ride on horses, arrayed as a man for the battle against you, O daughter of Zion

They are God’s WEAPONS

These dark powers are God’s instruments of judgment and discipline upon the earth

God sends them

They are HIS ARMY

They carry out HIS PURPOSES

They are HIS SERVANTS

They WORK for GOD

Do not fear them

Resist them, fight themFEAR ONLY THE LORD

BUT IT IS ALL FOR GOOD

God loves us and wishes that NONE of us PERISH

God uses them to bring judgment when we sin and to TEST our hearts and our faith

God uses them to bring us to repentance and trust 100% in HIM

Let’s go to the WORD and SEE

Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction

Malachi 3:3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver

1 Peter 4:12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing

Rev 3:18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire

1 John 3:3 Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure

THE POWERS OF DARKNESS ARE THE FURNACE

It is God’s will that we be sanctifiedEternal life comes when we OVERCOME them. That is how we die to self and are FREED from the power of sin !!!!!!!!!

Praise God for His Great LOVE

God is a jealous God and a consuming fire

He wants us HOLY and Blameless and uses the POD to bring us thru His Furnace and Purge Out SIN

Jeremiah 6:27 I have made you an assayer and a tester among My people, That you may know and assay their way

The POD are the judges and testers of all faith. They even tested Jesus in the wilderness

We must do what Shadrack and friends did. We must not bow to the false gospel and easy way to life and walk into the furnace, trusting 100% in the LORD

We shall overcome, if we LOVE GOD with all of our hearts. This is how we pass HIS test of our faith and defeat the enemy. That is salvation, the real way, the narrow way.

JESUS IS THE WAY

Few there be shall find it

Hebrews 12:7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; … But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons

Are You a Son of God?

We have got to fight the battle that God has set before us

We are in a WAR, whether we know it or not

We either overcome or we are overcome

Ephesians 6 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places

Satan is God’s ANGER and the Powers of Darkness are His wrath

They guard the way to the tree of life

For the MYSTERY of LAWLESSNESSis already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until he is taken

out of the way

THIS MYSTERY IS THE POWERS OF DARKNESS
