Canada Top 10 List...........GOOOOOOO!

How is this picture a perception of Canada and our armed forces? The famous lyrics of the Blame Canada song from the 1999 South Park movie state clearly the differences between Americans and Canadians: Blame Canada! It seems that everything's gone wrong, since Canada came along. Blame Canada! Blame Canada! They're not even a real country anyway.

Multi-Cultural. It's probably the second most used word to describe Canadian Culture after hockey. We often like to describe Canadian culture that way. A mosaic of people from all backgrounds making up our society. I wonder to what extent this is true. How much is Canadian Culture really shaped by those who immigrate here. What do you think?

These "Talking to Americans" clips are funny, sure, but is there another message to be gathered from them? Why do Canadians feel so smug and superior to our American neighbours? If our culture wasn't so dominated by theirs, would we be as unfamiliar with their government and geography as they are of ours?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3JMSTPSsbU

From Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine Documentary... is he right? ARE Canadians fundamentally different from Americans?Do you agree with this quote?"Canada" is just a watered down, more socialist version of America. It's culture consists of trying not to be America. Everyone likes Canada because it's inoffensive - like mild cheddar. Nobody loves it, but everyone can eat it. I'd rather be exotic brie or zesty blue cheese. Canada needs a good war to define itself. Until then, it's a nothing country and deep down most Canadians know it.
