If you have studied abroad and want to submit transcripts from institutions outside the United States:
We accept official transcripts directly from institutions outside the U.S. only if they are listed in ourpublication Institutions Outside the United States Whose Transcripts are Accepted Directly (PDF). In all other cases, in order for us to consider credentials from outside of the U.S., you must submit anapplication to Educational Credential Evaluators Inc. (ECE) to have your foreign credentials evaluated.We require a subject analysis report from ECE:

Admissions eligibilityin most cases we can verify the validity and currency of your license/certificationvia online resources. If we can't verify online we will ask you to submit the documentation to us.Bachelor's applicants must submit an official transcript showing the completion of Associate Degreenursing education or RN Diploma education.Effective January 1, 2012, students applying on the basis of having successfully completed at least 50%of the clinical nursing credit hours with a minimum grade of C in a nursing program for associate orbachelor's degree, or RN diploma within 5 years of completing their last clinical nursing course will nolonger automatically be admitted. They will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon receipt of theirUndergraduate Application, fee, and official transcripts along with a letter of appeal indicating that they

are currently practicing their clinical skills in a health care environment. Only students who maintainedgood academic standing (minimum grade of C in all nursing courses) throughout their nursing programwill be considered in this appeal process.Students applying as a foreign educated physician outside of the U.S. must submit an official evaluationfrom Education Credentials Evaluators (ECE) that reflects graduation from a school of medicine with aminimum GPA equivalent to a 2.0 or higher on a U.S. scale. We require a subject analysis report fromECE.
School of Business and Technology Candidates
Business: Business courses that are more than 20 years old will not be counted towards the businesscomponent of the degree and cannot be appealed.Technology: A Time Limit Appeal must be submitted for courses in computer and/or electronic areasthat are more than 10 years old.
