Each diagram indicates a) who owns the call (Verizon, IXC or CLEC), b) which UNE CLEC (if any) receives the DUF (Daily Usage File) record, and c) what unbundled usage rate elements (if any) Verizon bills, and to which UNE CLEC. The tables below provide a key to the labels found in the diagrams.

A call defined in this scenario could terminate to another Verizon North UNE CLEC end user, which would generate a separate DUF record covered under Terminating Access.

Originating access calls that reach the IXC POP but are not completed to the terminating end user (e.g., busy line) are included in this scenario. This applies to all UNE originating access call scenarios in Verizon North.
