The fundamentals of our design are not based on wilful metaphors and knee-jerk reactions, but stem from an intrinsic consideration for local conditions both environmentally and culturally. Beyond this all our projects are tied together by design treatments that originate from aEuropean and specifically British pedigree

    Procurement We have audited and adopted the best from European and American legislation to go above and beyond the local building standards for that region. We have looked at British standard codes, ASIS codes, LEED standards, ISOs as guidelines in order to create an in house manual for good practice across the group whos adoption is being constantly monitored and improved in everyproject we do

    Finally we must be judged not only on the delivery of our current projects but moreover on our ability to expand and progress. We have seen a 10 fold increase in the scale of projects that we have taken on in the last 12 months. Our legacy consists of mainly individual buildings ranging in size between 120,000 and 800,000 sqft, but this year we signed up a number of master-plan projects in the GGC region, the largest of which will deliver over 90 million sq ft of housing

    Whilst the current economic climate is one of difficulty and some despondency we believe this is a time to seize the opportunities newly presented, necessitating the propagation of very high standards and the chance for expansion intohitherto uncharted territories
