New Platinum SeminarAs your business and sales grow, the next level and reward awaits you – your continuous efforts over the next six months could make you a new Platinum ABO. Look at what your rewards could be and how your income could rise. As a new Platinum in performance year 2011/12, you will be invited to the New Platinum Seminar, organised by your Amway affiliate. There, you will have the opportunity to meet your local Amway management, as well as your fellow newly qualified Platinum ABOs. You

will also be able to attend informative and motivational business meetings. All in all, it will be a unique chance to celebrate what you have achieved.

What else does the new Growth Incentive Programme offer you? Through the New Leader Programme, your hard work will be rewarded with a New Leader Payment of £1,700/€2000 for reaching Platinum level. Your additional income can now be £2,370/€2,850 with the new programme – and your rewards won’t stop there!

Family rewardsDo you want to be invited to a spectacular event in a wonderful European destination? In 2013, all qualifiers will be treated to Amway hospitality at Disneyland® Paris, together with their children. Make sure that you don’t miss this unique opportunity! The qualification criteria for you as a first-time Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) qualifier are simple: you must reach the Founders Platinum qualification and the quarterly personal volume requirement of 600 PPV. Achieve this, and an invitation to the LTS 2013 will be yours.

It's not too late for a New Leader PaymentAs a new Founders Platinum, you will also qualify for another New Leader Payment of £6,700/€8,500 for new Founders Platinum. This will give you a total annual income of £9,070/€11,350 from the Growth Incentive Programme, in addition to your regular monthly bonuses earned, based on the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan!

Increase your incentivesOnce you have reached the Founders Platinum level, you can start to receive monthly payments from the Founders Platinum Growth Programme. Incentive payments start at£270/€335 a month, for each of the following months in which you reach the minimum required Award PV. If you add at least one qualified leg to the necessary monthly volume, your monthly payments will grow from £400/€500 to £800/€1000. This additional volume requirement starts from as low as 1000 Award PV.

Aim highIf you think you may not finish the performance year as a qualified Founders Platinum, or if you start to qualify at this level during the performance year, then don’t worry. For you, the best option is to become what is called a ‘rolling Q12 ABO’ and so that you can start receiving FPG monthly payments after completing 12 consecutive qualification months.

These opportunities await you, even if right now you are at the 15% or 18% level. With real focus on growth, you can achieve direct results and really make a difference to yourself, your business and your family! By making the right decisions, setting your own goals and doing whatever is necessary to reach them, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible. If you do not give up and are willing to focus on the growth of your business, you have a very good chance of qualifying for your share of these attractive incentives – developed specially for you! Your commitment brings you to new, higher levels, and you can reap the rewards.

Family funThe LTS 2013 will take place in Disneyland® Paris. For the first time in almost 10 years, attendees from Europe and Russia will be able to bring their kids along for the ride at a special family event.

A s well as the usual attractions of the Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) – including

a welcome party (in Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show arena!), a business meeting and a spectacular gala dinner – 2013’s qualifiers will have the chance to share some of the fun with the whole family. They can enjoy all the great rides, like Space Mountain:

Explore ParisIn addition to the thrills and spills of the amusement park, qualifiers and their

families will also be able to enjoy an excursion around Paris. View the wonderful historic sites from the Eiffel Tower, the river Seine and all the galleries, shops and boutiques that the French capital is so famous for. There will be six four-night sessions, starting from 28 June 2013, which will host over 6,500 ABOs and their children.

ARTISTRY™2011 was a fantastic year for ArtIstrY, as the brand appeared in renowned consumer magazines rEd and Marie claire. Additionally, the ArtIstrY Intensive skincare renewing Peel made the short-list in the Best new Luxury skincare Product category at the 2011 uK Beauty Awards. the awards are highly prestigious within the industry with winning products chosen by esteemed beauty editors and beauty professionals.
