UJUSTADD

Helping *businesses to sell online in a very intuitive and highly relevant targeting manner.

www.ujustadd.com

a. Problem / Opportunity

UJUSTADD is a mobile app solution that helps the user(s) ie. Individuals and business to manage & sell their stock or content (in a location sensitive, intuitive & target driven manner).

We are highly passionate about building a business that is fully focused on serving clients or users with only relevant, effective and simple data or results.

a. Value Proposition As   a   result   of   our   user   friendly  mobile   app   the   user   (you)   is   able   to   now  manage,  promote  &   sell   their   stock  &   content  with  ease  by  using   the  first  shelf  with  9   spaces   for   free  and  $4.99/shelf/year   for  any  extra   shelf   and  a  12%   commission   on   a   successfully   closed   sale   and   enjoy   the   conGnuous  benefit   of   increased   sales  &   a   beHer   digital   customer   experience  within   a  maximum   shelfing   period   of   15days   per   item   compared   to   ebay,   amazon,  tonaton,  Gsu,  etc.  The  advantages  of  using  our  offerings  are  increased  sales,  great  return  on  investment,  ease  of  use  and  a  beHer  customer  experience.

4. Market

We start first by zooming in to well established shops and also target the elite and smartphone users (starting with android first then iOS)

Underlying Magic At UJUSTADD, we believe highly in providing highly relevant information to the prospective buyer(user). Any process should never exceed 3 steps and we never leave any user behind. The app basically is aggregating and sorting out input and output based on user demographics, interests & cumulative output reactions extension (CORE). We believe that our CORE technology and algorithm has an edge over current platforms offering similar product or service. We basically are combing the power of the internet, html, html5, java, php, nodeJS, mysql, mongoDB, xml and objectiveC to give our users or customers this highly demand for relevant data.

6. Business Model SALES   OF   SHELF(VES)   &   SHELF   SPACE(S)   ::   (Free)   First   shelf   (containing   9  spaces   with   almost   no   limit   of   the   quanGGes   per   item   per   space   it   can  contain).   If   the  store  manager  wants  more  shelf(ves)  or  space(s),   then  s/he  would  have  to  buy.  Eg.  1Shelf  =  9spaces  @  $4.99/yr    and  if  is  just  to  buy  one  space  at  a  Gme  1shelf  space  @  $0.99/yr.  And  for  every  10  people  referred  to  signup,  s/he  gets  one  shelf(9  spaces)  which  has  to  be  used  within  30days  or  loose   the   shelf.   And   a   commission   of   12%   (only   paid   on   successful   sale(s)  made)   on   every   item   acGvated   FOR-‐SALE   on   our   supply   and   demand  intelligence  shelfing.  And  if  a_er  15  days  the  item  is  not  sold,  we  only  alert  you   to   review   your   item   image,   Gtle,   price,   descripGon,   quanGty   and  targeang  visa-‐vi  smartlist&  search  demands.

Go-to-Market Plan

We would be using the approach of optional and assisted contacts syncing and referral system in growing our app, complemented by the efforts of the shops and store we sign up unto our platform. And they using the instant shelf item addition notification system in growing their own customer base and in effect ours too, in that manner.

7. Strategic Relationships

We have already connected with local malls and a few selected shops within our reach for our pilot testing.

Competitive Analysis The following are what differentiates us from the crowded competition against the likes of amazon, ebay, tonaton, tisu, afrishopn and to mention but a few. : i.  Our ‘CORE’ technology of fetching only relevant data to the user ii.  Verification system for device, sim card and even validity of user

profile definition in a non-intrusive manner. iii.  Instant notification for buyer and seller in a battery, memory and

internet data efficient manner. Our competitors are : Amazon, Ebay, Tonaton, Tisu, Afrishopn 9. Barrier to Entry i.  Lack of the full team set to really execute effortlessly ii.  Financial challenges (Hosting, Expansion, SMS, etc.) iii.  Unavailable reliable platform to help sellers receive cash readily
