UI/UX Designer Belgrade, Serbia
Description:
Reporting to the CEO, the UI/UX designer is responsible for turning digital platform into easy-to-use products for the clients. The UI/UX Designer provides customized solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders. UI/UX designer is required to be cooperative while gathering the requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying design problems and designing elegant solutions
- Translating concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive design
- Facilitating product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up UI/UX
- Making strategic design and UI/UX decisions related to core, and new functions and features
- Working with the product team on new features and their functionalities
- Taking a user-centred design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs
- Working with the Marketing team to convert content ideas from wireframes and specs into functional products
- Regularly conducting user interviews, study session recordings, etc.
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience as UI/UX designer or similar
- Portfolio with examples of interfaces for websites and applications, as well as other examples from the field of graphic design
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Invision or any other prototyping software
- Proactive and analytical approach
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, precision and neatness when working with files
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
