INTRODUCTIONTO

The DMACK brand was initially created to compete at the highest level of motorsport as one of just two authorised tyre suppliers to the FIA World Rally Championship in 2011.

After two successful years in world motorsport DMACK launched a range of passenger car, truck and industrial tyres with sales centred around its global network of appointed partners in 72 countries.

The technology from motorsport was incorporated into the road tyre range to deliver a series of exceptional products.

DMACK has always concentrated on building its brand to both consumers and the tyre trade, and sees its motorsport participation as the perfect global platform to develop and market its tyres.

QUALITY PROCESSES TECHNICAL INNOVATION

DMACK is an efficient partnership between the United Kingdom and China. All tyres are designed in the UK with British technology and years of experience in world motorsport and tyre design.

Tyres are manufactured by the Shandong Yongtai Group in China with an emphasis on high-quality production and processes focussed on environmental sustainability.

The manufacturing facility produces over 8 million tyres per year and uses the latest state-of-the-art machinery. The production process is accredited to ISO9001 and TS16949.

The manufacturing process reaches high quality and environmental standards with tyres X-rayed, uniformity tested and balanced to ensure continued levels of excellence.

Non-aromatic oils are used during manufacturing and all tyres comply with the European REACH environmental regulations. DMACK tyres have been certified to E-mark, S-mark, DOT, INMETRO and CCC quality standards.

BRITISH DESIGN QUALITY MANUFACTURE

In September 2012, DMACK became one of the first Chinese tyre manufacturers to achieve an A rating in wet grip for one of its passenger tyre products.

Its Kinetic S high performance tyre achieved the highest possible rating by utilising technology from DMACK’s renowned world rally range. The result demonstrated the technical expertise which lies within DMACK’s UK-based design and development team.

MOTORSPORTHONED ON THE TRACK. AT HOME ON THE ROAD.

After technical scrutiny in front of the FIA, motorsport’s global governing body, DMACK was appointed as one of two tyre manufacturers sanctioned to supply crews in the 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 FIA World Rally Championships. The series is the toughest competition for production-based cars with drivers racing on snow, ice, asphalt, gravel and dirt.

DMACK finished fourth overall on Rally Argentina in 2012, launching it into the history books alongside Michelin, BF Goodrich and Pirelli as a manufacturer which has claimed a top-five result in World Rally.

DMACK’s motorsport technical team has over 30 years experience at the highest levels, and all products undergo extensive testing and development.
