We developed an app that can be connected to the bookstore’s catalogue and makes it available via tablets spread around the bookstore itself.

Simplicity and speed of use are the key factors to its success; this is why we developed the app after a deep user experience analysis.

We tested the app across one floor of a two floor bookstore (~30k titles) gaining important data and collecting feedback.
