Create a twitter account

Go to www.twitter.com Enter your name, e-mail address and password click the „Sign up for Twitter‟ button.

• Choose a username for your twitter account. Twitter will propose a username, change this or accept.

• It’s best to use your own name (or an abbreviation) but this isn’t compulsory.

finding relevant people to follow

Choose 5 people to follow (or more if you want). Type in names of friends, colleagues, well known people

in your domain, or key words associated with your research area to find accounts to follow. You can also find out who is being followed by people
