TURN DATA INTO ACTIONABLE INFORMATION Quantum Spatial unlocks the insights in geospatial data. We help clients mitigate risk, better manage resources, drive
profitable growth and gain new understandings.
Partnerships, Not Projects
We start by understanding your business objectives and don’t stop until you get maximum value from your
geospatial data. Our dedication to client satisfaction and successful history of on-time, on-budget delivery has
resulted in enduring, decades-long relationships.
Analytical Strength
Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in a variety of technical and scientific disciplines, including asset
management, geology, biology, hydrology, forestry, and civil engineering. This specialized knowledge extends the
range of analyses we can do for you—and the value of your geospatial investment.
Proven Performance
Our track record includes everything from highly complex, multi-phase engagements to quick-turn assignments
that require immediate mobilization. We’ve surveyed and mapped remote rugged terrain, dense urban areas, long
winding corridors, and multi-state expanses—all with the same commitment to superior outcomes.

Quantum is a nimble application partner to better
serve client needs. inSITE is vertically integrated
with Quantum’s data deliverables and
analytics to allow clients to make decisions
and act immediately.
• inSITE is a cloud-based geospatial
platform that displays all integrated
assets and collected data as features
in a spatially correct map view. inSITE
uses industry standard maps for
maximum compatibility with third-party
map services, integrated GIS and asset
management systems.
• inSITE supports direct links from map view
to inSITE 3D viewer, which supports a large
range of geographic and projected coordinate
systems for 3D data.
• inSITE integrates with any
standard web map service and
displays data layers sourced
from external GIS and asset
management systems
in real-time to view collected
data and data layers via inSITE.
• QSI licenses or develops
adapters to integrate data from
non-standard web map services
and geospatial APIs. inSITE also
provides out-of-the-box capability
to add and display layers from
public, third-party services,
including federal and state
agencies (e.g., weather service
layers, wildfire boundary layers,
environmental data, etc.).
With inSITE, you don’t need multiple
modules or high implementation costs as
you might get with competing products.
Quantum inSITE delivers the functionality
required for an entire system -- real-time
snapshots of outstanding risk, creating
work orders, forecasting resources,
dispatching assignments to remote field
workers, and tracking work progress.

Identified Description Data for Feature Identification
Pole
Pole Ground Level Measured ground value at the middle of the base of the pole
This measurement is used to calculate each attribute from a consistent ground valuelidar
Wire (at Pole) to Ground Clearance
Primary WireSecondary WireSecondary Driploop
Neutral AttachmentCommunication Attachment
Measured from the primary wire insulator attachment to Pole Ground Level
Measured from the secondary wire attachment at the pole to Pole Ground Level
Measured from the lowest point of the Driploop, within 30 inches of the pole, to Pole Ground Level Note: This includes the top of a riser or a service drop within 30 inches of pole
Measured from Neutral Attachment to pole to Pole Ground Level
Measured from the Communication Attachment at pole to the Pole Ground Level Note: If multiple wires attach to same location and separate mid-span, they are measured as 2 wires with same attachment point

Measured at lowest point of Streetlight Bracket mount on pole to Pole Ground Level
Measured at lowest point of Streetlight Driploop to Pole Ground Level Note: Streetlight Driploops are identified as covered/not-covered in spherical imagery

Span Guy Attachment
Down Guy Attachment
Anchor Lead Length
Span Guys contain large breakers; Span Guys help stabilize poles; Span Guy Attachments are measured at attachment to the pole
Down Guys contain large breakers; Down Guys help stabilize poles; All Down Guy Attachments are measured at attachment to the pole
Anchors attach the Down Guy to the ground; lengths for each Anchor Lead are measured at location anchor goes into ground from the pole
