Letter of intent signed with Geo Can Resources Company Ltd. to acquire up to 90% interest in over 1,000,000 acres of uranium property in Tanzania.

Historical radiometric surveys completed by Geo Can Resources indicate the potential for uranium enrichment.

Located in the same region as properties held by Paladin Resources (Malawi), Denison Mines(Zambia), Western Metals and Universal Exploration both in Tanzania.
