You will appreci-ate our commitment to a unique living and learning community. You will value the 7:1 student to faculty ratio. Find your natural abilities and passions through the Discovery Program. Interested in intercultural experi-ences? Travel abroad with friends and faculty during January Term. Unsure how service and learning work together? Experience it rst-hand through service projects right in Everett. e Trinity experience truly is extraordinary.

HIGH VALUE EDUCATION

Finding a small private college you can aord is a challenge. Fortunately, Trinity bucks the trend. By avoiding excessive administrative costs and enabling faculty to work directly with students to manage campus life, we have one of the lowest tuition rates of any four year, private college in Washington. Better yet, with nancial aid and scholarship programs available, the price gets even lower. Last year 95 percent of our students received some form of nancial assistance to attend Trinity. We bet your parents will like that.

YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD

Since 1944, Trinity Lutheran College has produced highly-educated, transformational leaders who have gone on to do powerful work throughout the world. ey have included political leaders, popular authors, a world-famous shoe designer, and nationally-renowned scholars and theologians. What do you want your impact to be on the world? Trinity can help you accomplish it.

IN THE HEART OF IT ALL

Urban. Creative. Trendy. Fresh. Trinity is located in downtown Everett, Washington—a growing community set against the stunning backdrop of the Cascade Mountains. Just 30 miles north of downtown Seattle, the hottest urban center in the Pacic Northwest, Trinity’s retro urban environment is in the heart of it all. You’ll be surrounded by artist los, performing arts centers, funky shops, and fabulous one-of-a-kind cafes. You can grab your bike and head west to Puget Sound. (Seriously, you can walk there in no time.) You’ll nd it’s the perfect spot for kayaking, hanging out, taking photographs at the marina, or just reading a classic. Or, better yet, head east to nearby Mt. Baker or Stevens Pass. Just an hour’s drive brings you to epic skiing and snowboarding.

CAMPUS LIFE

You will have access to an array of exciting activities. Join in Trinity’s competitive soccer program, sing in the choir, get inspired through weekly chapel, or get involved through Trinity’s service learning practicum. Whatever your hobby or passion, you’ll be sure to nd it at Trinity.

Trinity’s downtown campus also boasts its own unique style and vibe, including a renovated main property with state-of-the-art technologies. And you don’t start by living in a crowded dormitory. Students live in vintage-style apartments, complete with kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It will look like home, smell like home, and even sleep like home. (Too bad you won’t have mom to cook for you.) Add to that your free club membership at the nearby YMCA—complete with pool, work-out facilities, gym and more—and you have the perfect set-up.

AN EPIC ADVENTURE

We believe that fun is a basic ingredient at college. Instead of restricting you, we encourage you to explore. Trinity’s unique EPIC pass provides you with access to the Pacic Northwest's great cultural, educational, and entertainment treasures. Included in the package are tickets to local and national sporting events, entrance to internationally renowned museums, and seats at local concerts and plays.

DONNY SENG • SOPHOMORE

“At rst I was really shy. I didn’t know anybody. But people just started inviting themselves to sit with me at meal time. That helped me to start connecting with everyone. They made it easy for me to make more and more new friends. Pretty soon I knew everybody.”

REBECCA COFFEY • SENIOR

“Everett is cool. It looks like a big town, but has a small town feel. People are friendly. You can walk everywhere. We go study at Zippy’s. There are lots of options and things to do. Take the neighborhood bus to downtown Seattle if you want to have some fun in the city .”

“There is something cool in the way that subjects overlap at Trinity. When you’re talking about faith development, and then all of a sudden you’re tying in things from your psychology class. When you’re learning about theology, you can bring in what you’re learning in sociology. It all leads to a deeper understanding of everything.”

ANGELA BAUTISTA • SOPHOMORE

“I’m from Honduras. Someday, I’d like to go back to my country and do social work. I’d like to work in a health program or do counseling for children or young mothers. Right now, I’m preparing myself to get there. The small size of Trinity allows me to do my best.

LANCE GREEN • SENIOR

“The idea of a small community was important to me. I’ve found that I learn really well in a smaller class where my professor can spend more time with me. At Trinity, I have become an important part of the community, not just some shadowy gure wandering from class to class.”

SAMANTHA CHAPMAN • SENIOR

“Trinity is biblically-centered. Everyone takes the core bible classes and chapel is oered three times a week. The core classes drew me towards a deeper level of interest. Now I’ve come to have a better understanding of who God is, how his story applies to my life today, and how I can live out my faith.”
