Begin with the first mode of transportation and continue through current inventions. Then add your futuristic views (based on current trends) to the timeline.

Differentiation strategy : Students may choose to complete their timelines using technology, by using pencil/paper or by incorporating both.*I’ve found an effective way to organize timelines is to use sentence strips.
