With over 20 years of academic and 5 years of corporate experience, she has taught at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary and several other prestigious institutions across India. Prof. Sharieff holds a degree in B.E (Mechanical Engineering) and an MBA in Marketing. He is currently pursuing Ph. D. from VTU. His areas of interest are International Business, Strategy, Marketing, Organizational Development & Corporate Training and Decision Sciences. He has over 19 years of corporate experience. He has served on various Government of India’s trade facilitation and regulatory committees. He was a member of India-Philippine Joint Business Council as well as President of India’s business delegation visit to UAE and Syria in November 2010. He has travelled extensively for International Market Research and Trade promotion activities in South–East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. He has also taught at various reputed institutes.

Professor Anand is a corporate turned academician with 25 years of leadership experience in Marketing, Advertising and Consulting and close to 5 years in academics. He describes himself as a ‘Brand Mentor’ and has navigated Global and Indian brands, across categories like Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Automobiles, Telecom and Financial Services. Dr. R. Satish Kumar holds B.Tech (Mechanical), M.B.A and Ph.D. degrees (Ph.D. in management from University of Brussels). With over two decades of experience in Industry and Academics, Dr. Kumar has served at senior level positions in companies such as NIIT Ltd, Radiant Software Ltd and Firepro Systems Pvt. Ltd (A Panasonic Group Company) and also as faculty at TAPMI Manipal and Alliance University Bangalore. He is the Research Guide, Examiner and Thesis Evaluator for PhD in management at Jain University, Bangalore, Manipal University, Manipal and Visves-varaya Technological University, Belgaum. He has published over 35 research papers in both national and international journals and presented papers in national and international conferences. He has worked in the corporate sector for fifteen years and in academics for the past ten years. He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals. Narayana is a corporate leader turned academician having worked for more than 23 years in Indian and multinational companies like Godrej & Boyce, GE Appliances and Thermax, to mention a few. His exposure included operations, finance, financial planning & analysis, Purchases, HR, Commercials, Internal audit and assurance. He was associated with International Management Institute, New Delhi for 5 years. He teaches OB, OD and Change Manage-ment. He is a Commerce graduate from Bharathiar University and a Post Graduate in Marketing Management from Alagappa University, Executive MBA (EEP Company sponsored) from SPJIMR and a Ph.D., from Canterbury University, U.K. He has published two books on spirituality and inner management apart from many articles on management and spirituality in various magazines.

Dr. C.N NarayanaDirector- IFIM Centre for Distance Learning and Professor-HRM

He holds a Masters degree in Psychology as well as an MBA in Human Resource Management. He is pursuing his Ph.D in Strategic Human Resource Management. Prior to IFIM, he was the talent head in India Semiconductor Association and was responsible for mobilizing resources and executing all-India level strategic programs to ensure continuing availability of talent for the semiconductor and allied industries in India. He has published and presented many papers in India and abroad and has conducted many training programs for corporate as well as government sectors. He is also an empanelled trainer at Income Tax Training Institute, Institute of advanced training for Income Tax Officers.

He has obtained his MBA & PhD degrees from Aligarh Muslim University. His area of teaching includes Human Capital Management, Business Analytics and HR analytics. His research papers have been published in various international and national journals. Sunil K. Parameswaran holds a PGDM from IIM-Bangalore and he obtained his Ph.D in Finance from Duke University, North Carolina. His primary areas of interest are Securities Markets; Financial Derivatives; Fixed Income Securities; and International Finance. For the past ten years Dr. Parameswaran has been a corporate trainer and management consultant. Mr. Satish KalraDirector- Centre of Excellence in Banking

He holds degrees in B.Sc. (Bot Hons), GNIIT, MCP, PGDCA, M.Sc. (Comp. Sc.), MBA (Operations Management), and is currently pursuing Ph.D. (SCM), from Jain University. Prior to joining Fore School he was professor at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow for about ten years.He has worked as consultant to a number of leading organizations in the area of Telecom, FMCG, Banking, and Insurance in the application of Predictive modeling using SAS enterprise Miner. He has published a number of papers in the area of Predictive analytics participated in a number of International and national conferences. Guided students for Masters & Doctoral Work.He is a fellow of IETE, IE, and Senior Member CSI. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electronics & Computer Science from IIT Kanpur and Doctorate from University of Georgia.

Eligibility for AdmissionCandidates applying for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) are required to have a bachelor's

degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45%

for SC/ST candidates). Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results

may also apply. They should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until that time. They

should be completing all their degree examinations before June 15, 2015. Such candidates are required to provide

proof of passing the degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, latest by September 30, 2015.

Candidates applying for PGDM must have a valid CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA percentile.

Candidates applying for PGDM (Finance) must have a valid CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT percentile.
