Material is sourced by Purchase department , is received at receiving of incoming material. Where every component is counted and measured in their respective quantity and than informed to Quality for Quality control inspection ..

Quality AssuranceAfter quantity check, stores hand over to quality assurance department. Where all specification s and dimensions of component is checked as per drawing (100% Quality Check) to avoid any problem on the assembly line and in our product also. That’s why we offer a quality product .

Material StorageAfter the 100% Checking by QA Deptt., OK Material is brought to tractor Store. From store material is issued to the respective deptt. as per their requirement.All the material e.g. tractor components and general use items are stored in a well managed store to fulfill the needs of the internal customers of the company as soon as possible.

Loading of Differential to the Main Line

According to the production planning material is issued from the store and feed up to respective deptt. The Process starts with the loading of the transmission to the chassis trolly with the help of an electric hoist. Before loading to the main line differential is checked by running it at various speeds with the help of an electric motor .

Hydraulic and 3-linkage AssemblyAfter properly placing the differential on the trolley, a hydraulic unit is installed on the differential which controls all the hydraulic function of the tractor. Hydraulic unit is tested by hydraulic test rig By putting the maximum load on the arms at various speedsAfter that 3-linkage assembly is also fitted to the chassis on the same stage.

Clutch Housing and Foot Board MountingIn the next stage clutch housing, foot board and steering assembly is fitted to the chassis

Tractor Assembly Process

Engine MountingIn the next stage engine is mounted to the chassis with the help of an electric hoist. All the accessories such as hydraulic pump and clutch assembly are already fitted to the engine in engine sub assembly.

FAB AssemblyFront axle is coupled to FAB in a sub-assembly stage before feeding it to the main line where it is coupled to the main chassis. Now chassis is complete for the chassis painting in the paint shop.

PaintingAfter assembly

chassis is hand over to paint shop deptt. The chassis is washed with chemical for degreasing and removal of other dirt for a better paint.After washing chassis are painted through six stages according to the requirement of PPC and production department.

Final Assembly After paint chassis move to final assembly area, where all the sheet metal component e.g. bonnet, dashboard, fenders, driver seat, fuel tank , electrical wiring and light fitting is done on this stage thereafter the wheels are mounted and tractor is put on road for final inspection .

Final QC check and Pre-Delivery Inspection(PDI)After assembly tractor is hand over to QC deptt. where it under goes the pre delivery inspection.In Final inspection area every aggregate of the tractor is inspected in a described format.If any problem is observed in the Assembly/ component it is rectified or replaced by the concerned deppt and appraised to avoid similar failure . Before the dispatch. PDI is done to ensure 100% quality of tractor before handing to PDI section .

SUB ASSEMBLY TESTING

All the Sub Assembly Such as Differential, Gear Box And Engines are tested before

feeding them to the main line. The next slides will

represent some of the our testing arrangement.

Differential Testing in house developed

Differential are tested by running it at various speed without any load with the help of an electric motor.Problems observed such as abnormal sound, gear jamming observed during testing are rectified before feeding it to the assembly line.

HydraulicTesting(test rig developed in house )

Hydraulic unit is tested for maximum capacity at full load at various speed with the help of hydraulic test rig.If any problems observed in testing ,is rectified before feeding it to main line.

Gear BoxTesting (in house developed)

Gear box are tested by running it at various speed for checking it for any abnormal sound and any other defect.If any problem is found that is rectified before feeding it to the main line.

Engine TestingAll the engines are checked by KOEL Pune And every engine is cross checked at our company with advance (Eddy Current) Dynamometer for 100% confirmation of performance ..

PTO TestingThe tractor after assembly, is tested for delivering proper power at PTO shaft.For this purpose company has installed a hydraulic test bed AWM-700.

Roller TestingIn the chain of the test performed on our tractor one of the most important is roller testing.A fully computerized roller test bed is installed in the company.In which any dropping in hydraulic arms, noise in axle & differential & leakage in differential is checked and arrested if there is any

Marry Go Round(torture track) Testing

A marry go round testing arrangement is set up within the company . This test is performed to check the normal wear tear to the tractor components after normal running.
