To make this product known to the end-users 16 advertising stands were installed in the most notorious places in the Old Town of Riga. These stands also are offered to advertise other products and services.

Tourist Infoline in Riga was opened on April, 30th, 2010. This unique tourist product has no world analogs and consists of three integrated products:

 1. Telephonic IVR-system allowing to switch between sightseeing tours of Riga Historic Center. It offers to listen to the 13 three minute stories in 16 different languages.

2. Virtual guided city tour of Riga Historic Center is offering at touristinfoline.com  two different versions of excursions - per Internet and extended one - integrated with open telephonic line.

Telephonic Infoline can be reached at +371 27772888 and has no hidden charges: for international calls - at Eurotariff rate (0,35 €/min, starting from 1 Jul. 2012 - 0,32 €/min) for local calls - at home operator's applicable rate (0,02 - 0,04 Ls/min).

Tourist Infoline mp3 player are sold in souvenir shops and also can be used as a gift at official meetings

3. Tourist Infoline mp3 player with the prerecorded Riga sightseeing tours in16 languages (analog of the tours in telephonic infoline). This product is positioned as souvenir, player that can be used to play other files, file storage and a Riga map simultaneously.
