Pula:Dominant and largest city on the Istrian peninsula. Situated at the head of a well protected and deep

bay which, since its founding, has given it the important role of being a good port and a secure anchorage.

Geographical position, located only a bit to the west of the southernmost cape of the Istrian peninsula, assigned the city in many historical periods a special strategic significance.

Opportunities (1)Natural Attractions: Climate

Mediterranean Climate: over 2500 sunny hours per year with the average temperature of 130 C

Main Summer Season (June-September): August with over 25 sunny days and an average of 260 C

Climate characterized by the north-eastern wind “bura” and sirocco during winter time

Sea temperature varies from 80 C in winter to 260 C in summer.

Capacities should satisfy higher quality demands of tourists and visitors by the amenities, arrangement of the tourist structures – including top-level services and numerous supporting facilities and activities
