A GLANCE AT OCTOBERCAPTURING DELIGHT{FULL} MOMENTS

Residents started the New Year’s Eve celebration with a champagne punch social, donning party hats and enjoying piano music by Austin Whiting, who is also Touchmark’s new bus driver. The evening continued with a candlelight dinner served by Executive Chef Steven Mitchell and concluded with revelers ringing in the new year with games and a champagne toast.

Resident Ginny Thompson organized the Sally’s House Stuffed Animal Drive at Touchmark. Residents and staff donated stuffed animals so children who arrive at the Salvation Army emergency foster home, Sally’s House, can be surprised and comforted with a new stuffed animal.

Resident Mayo Sayrs (above) joined staff members as the group delivered gifts to Hope House, a shelter for women and children in need. Residents and team members collected numerous useful gifts, including warm pajamas, new clothing, and toiletries.
