Now let us see about this. Swami has descended here as Divine Totality, toawaken the sleeping divinity in all. It is for this reason Swami has preached for 85 years

and also brought me here. Due to our separation, I am crying and wailing. Due to this, the orbital system of the world changes. My Sahasrara opened and a blue print emergedto create a new world where the divinity in all awakens and they live as Jeevan Mukthas. The demonstration of this is Swami’s Avataric task. Thus, the total divine form of theAdi Moolam descended here for this task. The Universe is His mansion. All here belongto Him. There are no differences of good and bad. Swami demonstrates what He tellshere. He will be all and all are His own for a thousand years.

This Avataric task is to awaken the power, which lies sleeping in the base chakra,Mooladhara and make it unite with Shiva in Ajna Chakra. This immeasurable kundalinipower is now being wasted on worldly things and matters. If we focus this power, through sadhana, each chakra opens and the jeeva merges with Shiva in Ajna Chakra.Through this power, one can live in the Jeevan Muktha state. When one attains theseventh chakra, God is attained and the jeeva leaves the body. Now, the jeeva does notleave the body, but remains here to realize and experience the happiness of the Mukthistate. Swami came here to show this.

Some days ago, Swami gave a card with some sentences on it. I have written ontwo of the points and will now continue. The words on the card are from Saint Paul.

Take time to play, it is the secret of staying young

Here, he tells that one should spend time playing, as it is good for health. If one isalways working, the mind and body becomes tired. Playing for some time gives somefreshness. All people do this. At school, there is one period set aside for games. Inoffices, some time is also set aside for play and leisure.

In my life, I only played with Krishna. I was always playing alone. When I was atschool, I never joined in with any of the games. The only game I played, which was bymyself was ‘cutting and connecting’. I did all household work during the day then atnight talked with the sky, clouds and stars, playing with them. I played through songsand poems. When we first came to the Ashram, we would play many games. In onegame, all would take different words and connect them with God or make a sentenceusing three words. In another game, all would sit in a circle and take on one of two rolesand have a conversation. For example, one time we had a conversation between Sita andHanuman. Swami also joined in our play giving some things to do. Recently, He gavesome menu items and asked me to write connecting them with sutras. In this way, wenever forget Swami in games also and are playing ever new games.

The games that I played since my childhood now make this aged body young.Other types of yoga training are of no use. One must play with God. I never played anyouter games so was not affected by them. Now, my aged body becomes young. So playwith God, for God and about God.

Take time to be quiet it is the opportunity to seek God.

Man has many works to do from birth to death. If one were to write down whatthey do from morning to evening, the list would be endless. We wake up from sleep, brush our teeth, bathe, get dressed, pray to God, eat, then go to school or the office. Weperform hundreds of different actions each day. In between these innumerable actionscome thousands of thoughts, talking, arguing, finding fault, being stern, anger, jealousy– hundreds of different feelings arise. One day, spend time writing down all the thingsyou do, all the thoughts and feelings that arise in you from morning to night... Up pa pa!Your head will be spinning. If this is for a day, then imagine an entire life!

There are so many feelings hidden in us, which cheat us. Thus, redeem yourselffrom this for half an hour and be quiet. This is the only way to think of God. Spend timeto do japa, meditation, bhajan, chanting, slokas, etc. If you spend time in this way, youwill attain peace. If the mind is not touched or merged in any of those things, then readspiritual books instead, but find a way to spend time with God.

Keeping the company of the good is also required. This is satsang. Even forbhakthas, talking with others about God is beneficial. From morning to night, the mindand senses go in many different ways. We must focus all at one point through japa,

dhyana and satsang. The Chitta goes in many directions. Making it one pointed is Shivam. There is a proverb that states, ‘Chitta becoming Shiva is the Tapas’.

Take time to love and be loved

This is God’s greatest gift. Showing love means not only to show to family, relatives and friends, but to all. Yet, all only do this and limiting their love. This is whysaints, sages and Avatars say again and again, "Show love to all." Showing love to thosewho belong to us is only attachment. This is not love. Real love means selflessness. Thisis a love that is shown to all. Through selfless love, we can attain Self-realization.

o Selfish plus love is equal to attachment

o Selfless love is Self-Realization

We must show love to others, then differences of ‘myself and others’ is removed. All are born only from one Chaitanya. This must become clear to us. In the same way, when one shows love, another shows love in return. Let us see the example of Gandhiji, who showed love to all and suffered for all. This is why he became a Mahatma. Theentire world showered love on him. When he died, all in the world wept for him. If youdie, your family, relatives and friends may cry. One must be loved by the world. Thereare crores who are born and die in this world, but the world only remembers the saints, sages and rishis. This is due to their selfless love. We must show love to all. Then we willbecome worthy for the love of others. Swami gave a picture with a large heart on thefront and the word Love inside the heart.

Underneath, there were three hearts in a row in a rectangle. The inside of thecard was empty except for a big heart, where it was written, ‘the greatest gift’. A smallerheart was on either side.

In the lower corner, there was also one heart. This was bigger than the other twohearts. This denotes the Sathya Yuga that Swami brings. This is a Heart Creation. Thethree hearts indicate God, Shakthi and Creation; the three are one. This is what Swamihas told as the greatest gift. It is through my tears and penance I have asked for Mukthifor all. I shower the same love on all. For this love, Swami has given world liberation as abig gift.
