Top tips for aspiring journalists

This tought me that being a journalist means looking and going to places that normal journalists wouldn't look at and not sticking to what everyone else is doing. Doing your own search and finding interesting things that are not overrated.

In this tweet, Jenna goudrea tweets that journalism is about what interests you. If you are interested in what you are writting, you are more likely to write well. however if you have no interest for what you are wrtting about you would not write as well.

This tip taught me to never give up. Giving up is easy especially if you are getting criticized. It is also easy to give up when it gets hard. Being a journalist isn't easy but putting your effort and time into it, it really pays off. Your hard work would therefore would not go unrewarded,

This taught me that not to be 'snobbish'. this means you should be up for anything. You need to commit to your what you are doing and look for other opportunities. once you get those oportunities, you should welcome it with both arms and put all you effort into it.

It is important to get as much experience. Being experience teaches you about what expect so you are not surprised on your first day. also with experience, you can do a better job.
